- Monitoring your stream's live chat and taking action against participants who violate these rules.
- Obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents for any third-party content you broadcast, including background music.

6. Reporting a Violation
If you witness a livestream that violates this policy, you can report it through the in-app reporting tools available during the stream, or by contacting us directly:
- Email: info@cconnect.vip with the subject line "Livestream Report"
- Include the stream title, streamer name, community name, and a description of the violation.
- Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible. For urgent safety concerns, reports are prioritized.

Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, depending on severity and frequency:
- First violation: Warning and stream termination.
- Repeat violations: Temporary suspension of livestreaming privileges or account suspension.
- Severe violations (e.g., child exploitation, credible threats of violence): Immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.

8. Recorded Streams & Data
Livestreams may be recorded and made available for replay to community members after the event, depending on the event organizer's settings. If a stream is recorded, participants should have no expectation of the conversation being ephemeral. Recorded streams that are found to violate this policy may be removed at any time, including after the live broadcast has ended.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of livestreaming features after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
